VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyJosiah is an incredible young man who was put into foster care along with his younger siblings. Due to his age, Josiah was placed in a group home. Even though he misses his siblings, Josiah has not let being in foster care deter him from pursuing his dream of joining the military to become a pilot and learn to fly planes for the Air Force. In addition to his passion for aviation, Josiah also has a talent for drawing and painting and has achieved success in various art contests.
Josiah received a brand new skate longboard for graduation and he was super excited. He has been asking for a longboard for months and because of his good grades in school he received this awesome gift. He would love a pair of skateboard shoes so he can have fun on his skating adventures. Granting this wish would absolutely put a big smile on his face.
