Star has never been to a concert before and would love the chance to attend one for the first time. Star would love to have someone come with them, and their CASA came to mind. This person is always an advocate and a friend, and Star feels that having them there will be comforting since this is a brand-new experience. Star loves music, especially by artist Jazmin Bean. A night of fun, listening to a favorite musical artist, is just what Star needs! Star will be over the moon excited if this wish is granted, allowing them to see their first concert in September.
