Laura spent 3 years in foster care. During this time the hardest challenge she faced was remembering who she was. There were a few times she thought she lost herself, but through grit and determination, Laura was able to re-center and focus on being better. Laura loves being out in nature. Hiking trails with waterfalls, going to the beach, and working on her art are just a few of Laura’s favorite things to do.

Laura has her own small business, Violet Moons, which she started. She creates candles and jewelry and really wants to expand and make more creations. Laura wants a heat press and hopes to add cute cups to her inventory. She spends her free time creating art and things with her hands. This helps her creative side flow and brings her peace within. She wishes for a set of bulk tumblers so she can create some fun designs and sell them at her stand. Having this wish will help not just her creative skills but her business as well!
