Zaylynn was in foster care since the age of 1, she has finally returned home to her mother along with her older sibling. This is something she has been wishing would come true. Zaylynn loves her family and despite being in foster care wants to forget everything that has happened and being separated from her mother. Zaylynn is a fun and sweet girl who loves to dress up and play with sensory toys like slime, clay, and sand. She enjoys experimenting with different hairstyles. She is well-mannered and kind has many friends and enjoys telling jokes.

Zaylynn successfully graduated to the next grade! It wasn't certain until the last minute. She was in a car accident and had to be hospitalized for two weeks. Following that, she underwent physical therapy for several months and used a wheelchair for a few months. Despite these challenges, she managed to attend school whenever possible. In June, Zaylynn participated in a step-up ceremony and received several awards, including the classroom leader and an art award. She expressed a wish to receive slime kits and a scooter, hoping to have the experience of going to the store and choosing exactly what she wants.
