Troy is an energetic, witty, funny young man living with his Godmother in Kinship care. Troy is very social and loves spending time with his friends, playing sports, and riding bicycles. He is also an avid video gamer. Troy's teacher describes him as a lover of learning who is constantly striving for improvement.

Troy attended a summer camp last year and found great benefit in the experience during an especially challenging time following out-of-home placement during the 2022-2023 school year. While last year's camp was a day camp, Troy had heard about sleepaway camp from friends and always dreamed of going. With funding for Troy to attend Inspire Sports Camp, it would truly be a wish come true for him, allowing him to build on and further enhance his skills.
