Kayla is shy at first, but once she feels comfortable with someone, she starts to open up and smile. She enjoys art, listening to rock music, and petting her cats. Kayla also enjoys school, where she is recognized for her good grades. Raised by her loving grandmother, who describes Kayla as her hope during difficult times, she is cherished deeply.

Kayla has just graduated from 6th grade and has been accepted to attend a highly regarded junior high school due to her good grades. The school requires uniforms, which Kayla does not currently have. Supporting Kayla in obtaining the required uniforms will help her integrate smoothly into the new school, adhere to the school rules, and foster a sense of belonging with her peers. Uniforms are being requested early because stores tend to sell out, and sizes become limited closer to the start of the school year.
