Foster Hearts Region 3Heather has been in foster care since birth. She was born drug affected which has caused her some struggles but as time goes on she is improving all the time. She makes great eye contact with anyone that speaks and plays with her. She loves to be held and carried. Heather really likes it when people sing to her or play music.
Heather needs to practice tummy time in order to stay on track developmentally. It will also help her to continue to gain strength. She does not enjoy tummy time however since she enjoys music, this wish will help her to find enjoyment during tummy time.
