Fostering Hope - BucksLila is one of the most resilient kids. She’s been in care for a short time and has quickly experienced moving between three different homes. The good news is that she has found her forever home! Her foster parents are up to the challenge and are working with countless therapists and professionals to help her get the support she needs to heal from her trauma.
Lila spends a lot of time in the car traveling to and from visits, as her foster family lives about an hour away from her biological family. This means she's on the road frequently! Having a tablet to play games and stay entertained would be incredibly helpful. Additionally, it would provide a calming distraction before and after visits, which are not her favorite part of the week. We know this tablet would mean so much to sweet Lila, making her journeys more enjoyable and less stressful.
