Matthew is a hard-working young man. At the age of 14, he left home and stayed with his best friend. At the age of 16, his mom lost her battle with drugs. Matthew dropped out of school and got a job to help his sister raise her newborn son and two siblings. Through everything that Matthew experienced, he kept the faith. Today, Matthew has a better job and hopes to one day get a driver's license and return to school to get his GED. He still helps his siblings when he can.

Matthew is working on building connections with his friends. Chick-fil-A is within walking distance from his home, and he enjoys spending time with them. Having a gift card will allow him to walk for a few minutes by himself or with friends and enjoy a sandwich without worrying about the expense.
