One Simple WishEach year more than 500,000 kids in the United States spend time in the foster care system due to abuse, neglect and trauma that no child should ever have to endure. But these children are just like every child - with dreams, hopes and wishes that they'd love to see come true!
Unfortunately, the non-perishable food truck was unable to deliver food on Monday, leaving the residents without needed groceries. This wish provided shelf-stable staples to the residents to ensure they had something to fill their bellies with this week.
