Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationKeylor is a precious, active boy. He is an only child and recently moved tothe US. He is currently in foster care and is quickly picking up English. He loves playing outside, swimming, and soccer. Most of all, he absolutely loves Spider-Man. His favorite soccer team is Real Madrid, and he is proud to be named after his favorite soccer player. Keylor loves helping around the house, is outgoing and friendly, and advocates for himself well.
Keylor has recently taken an interested in skateboarding, and in addition to asking for a skateboard of his own, he would like a helmet to keep his precious head safe. Keylor picked out a cool helmet with spikes and a picture of his favorite superhero, Spider-Man. He is excited to ride his skateboard safely and in style!
