Andrew currently lives in a semi-assisted living program for transition-aged youth in DHS foster care. Andrew had been placed in four previous homes. He is focused on completing his GED, finding a stable job, and developing the necessary skills to care for an emotional support animal. Andrew is kind and thoughtful, and he enjoys playing basketball, practicing drawing, listening to music, playing video games, and going on long walks. His aspirations include becoming a successful business owner, earning enough money to rent an apartment, and starting a family.

Andrew is currently looking to enroll in a GED program in the fall. Andrew needs a laptop to be able to reliably complete coursework and ensure he has access to online tutoring resources when his coursework is challenging. He is hoping for help with a reliable laptop and found this refurbished Macbook to get him started. It has high capabilities and will be able to handle anything that Andrew needs to accomplish. Andrew is very excited about completing his GED, as it will allow him greater access to a variety of different jobs.
