Veronica is waiting for a new foster home to be located. Since she is unsure where she will be living she is not participating in any activities this summer. She has asked for art supplies in order to pass the time productively while she waits for a new foster home.
Veronica is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Veronica is a talented musician and singer. She plays guitar and plans to join the youth choir at the church near her foster home. She misses her family in Ecuador but hopes to see them again. She is in her third placement while in foster care but manages to keep a positive attitude. She is inspiring! She keeps straight A's in school and also manages to keep in touch with her best friend despite being placed in different foster homes. She is a loyal friend and a delightful teen.
