David is a gentle and kind youth who is always well-mannered and respectful with his foster mother and social workers. David is attending community college with a passion for Computer Engineering. David is also looking for employment as he is determined to save money to prevent himself from becoming homeless again.
David is a great young man who recently moved back to his mother's home in Los Angeles as he was in a foster care placement for the past five years. David had not seen his mother for a long time until a few months ago and was adamant that he wanted to live with her again. Although David is pleased to be back with his mother, the home has some bug infestations. DCFS is unable to approve this placement with David's mother until the roaches have been mitigated. Therefore, David can't get any financial support. By helping this family get their apartment fumigated, the state can approve the placement to be safe so that David can receive monthly funding until his 21st birthday.
