Elainia is a strong and determined young woman who continues to show resilience despite facing significant challenges in her life. She and her sister spent time in the foster care system and experienced the loss of their father at a very young age. Even through these difficult experiences, Elainia remains focused on building a positive future for herself. Elainia works hard in school and is determined to succeed. She understands the importance of education and continues to push herself forward despite the obstacles she has faced. She enjoys creative outlets such as drawing and expressing herself through art, and she appreciates opportunities that allow her to grow, explore her interests, and build confidence. Those who know Elainia describe her as thoughtful, determined, and resilient. She continues to work toward her goals and is committed to creating a bright future for herself.

Elaina is the oldest of six girls. She tries really hard to be a good role model. This summer, she tried to get a job; however, the agency didn't have the funding. Instead, she helped her siblings with a lemonade stand, and they made enough money to go to the fair. Elaina is looking forward to attending high school this year and would be thrilled to receive a pair of big kids' Air Force 1 shoes to fit in.
