Dinah is a spunky girl who is getting used to her new foster home. She enjoys doing nails and talking with friends. She at times struggles with feeling down and likes taking walks, talking with friends, doing nails, or listening to music to feel better. She has a lot of energy and loves to goof around and be silly. Sometimes she struggles to focus on her schoolwork but is motivated to continue through school until she can graduate and figure out what she wants to do with her future.

Dinah has asked for some fidgets to help her start this new school year. She reports that having something to mess with in her hands would help her listen to her teachers better and, at times, help her manage her anger and frustration with peers. She hopes fidgets will also help her avoid harmful coping skills as she gets through this school year.
