Emily is a bright and energetic young lady. Her favorite season is summer and you can usually find her outside enjoying the fresh air. The best part about summer is going to the lake or beach. You will find her sunning herself on the shore or splashing around in the water. She also loves playing board and electronic games with her family and friends, and has been known to get lost in a book or two. She has a competitive streak, so watch out if you play cards with her. She loves her foster home and feels lucky to be living with her sister, but she misses the rest of her birth family and wishes she could see them more often.

Emily had a great summer, but is excited to get back to school to see her friends and teachers. One of her favorite things to do is pick out and pack her backpack full of new school supplies.
