Jay is a special boy who loves exploring, climbing, and music. Due to circumstances outside of his control, he was born prematurely and is struggling to meet developmental milestones. However, despite his challenges, he is a fighter and will continue to advance at his pace.

Jay is in need of decorations for his birthday party. He recently had a birthday, but was unable to celebrate due to him catching Covid-19. Though it is a little late, it would really lift his spirits to connect with and celebrate his birthday with his family and friends. This celebration would mean everything to him as it symbolizes not just a milestone but a moment of togetherness and joy after a challenging time, bringing him comfort and happiness in reconnecting with loved ones.
