Brandi is the oldest of her siblings and she feels that urge to parent all the time. She also has lived through the loss of two brothers to foster care and adoption. Although she and her two brothers were reunited with her parents, it didn't last, and they went to live with an aunt and uncle when her parents were both arrested. Brandi ahs done very well in the home and has a job, is finishing high school, and would like to look at education after high school in the beauty or tech field. Brandi struggles with not parenting her younger brothers, and her aunt and uncle are working to help her feel like a young person, knowing that they can care for the others.

Brandi is about to start her senior year of high school and is looking forward to finishing strong and exploring her after high school opportunities. She is wishing for new bag, not just a backpack, to help her feel like the adult she wants to be. We also hope she can buy some other accessories or tops to enjoy in her new school year.
