Juli is a young lady who is excited to begin a career in cosmetology. She loves to spend time with friends dancing, being silly, and doing each other's hair and makeup. She has been in several foster homes and has had difficulty with consistency in school due to all of the moves. She is currently studying to complete her Hi-Set exam. As soon as she completes the exam, she will be able to enroll in cosmetology school. She has a lot of drive to complete what she has started out to do. She hopes to help make people feel beautiful about themselves through her talent.

Juli is currently studying online in preparation for taking the Hi-Set exam to finish her education. Unfortunately, she does not have access to a computer at her foster parents' home. She believes it would be great to be able to study at home during work hours. Upon completion and passing of the test, she will be eligible to enroll in cosmetology school. Her goal is to learn how to do weaves and specialty services for African American hair. Juli is super excited about her future prospects and is highly motivated to accomplish her goals. She hopes to use her talent to help people feel beautiful and confident about themselves.
