Mecklenburg County Guardian ad LitemGeorge is an inquisitive little boy who enjoys spending time building and creating. George is currently struggling with some behaviors due to trauma he has experienced but is making strides with the new therapy program he attends daily. He likes cars, Legos, painting, and video games. They really help him decompress. He told his volunteer advocate that he would like to dig up dinosaur bones when he grows up! He is placed in a kinship home.
George has recently been diagnosed with autism and has begun new therapy to help him with some of his behaviors and coping skills. He also had to be removed from his previous placement due to no fault of his own, and he is really sad about that. He would really like a tablet because his other one was left behind when he moved.
