He had his big sister looking out for him though and the bond between them is unbelievable! Andrew has settled into his new foster home and is getting so much love and attention he is finally starting to grow super fast!
Andrew loves to roar like a lion, so what better costume for him this Halloween? He will look adorable and have so much fun on his first time trick-or-treating!
