Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationKeylor is a precious, active boy. He is an only child and recently moved tothe US. He is currently in foster care and is quickly picking up English. He loves playing outside, swimming, and soccer. Most of all, he absolutely loves Spider-Man. His favorite soccer team is Real Madrid, and he is proud to be named after his favorite soccer player. Keylor loves helping around the house, is outgoing and friendly, and advocates for himself well.
Keylor is a huge fan of Spider-Man. He loves dressing up as his favorite superhero and even has a Spider-man themed bedroom. Every time he goes to the store, he asks to go look at this special Spider-Man remote control monster truck. He has been asking for it for months, and it is his top birthday wish. He would be so excited to open it on his special day!
