Fostering Hope - BucksDJ has the brightest smile! When he is happy, his eyes light up. Many things don’t come easy to DJ and his journey in foster care has been another challenge. He is beginning to feel settled in and safe at his new home. His foster family wants him to know that it is his forever home but it hard to trust at times because of all he has been through. In school he has been working so hard and his efforts are paying off as he has made growth toward being where his peers are. DJ loves animals and playing video games!
DJ tells everyone he wants to be in the army when he grows up. His uncle served and is still a major part of his life. When asked what he wanted to be for Halloween, it was no surprise he picked these Army fatigues!
