After spending time in the foster care system and navigating loss at a very young age, she has developed a powerful determination to build a better future. Alana is committed to her education, focused on building her self-confidence, and enjoys listening to music and expressing her creativity. Those who know Alana see her incredible strength, resilience, and potential to accomplish great things as she works toward independent success.

Alana has long aspired to become a cheerleader. She auditioned for the team but was not selected. She would be thrilled to don a cheerleader costume for Halloween. Fulfilling this desire would enable her to experience being a cheerleader, even if just for one evening.
