She loves spending time with her two sisters, one who has taken her and her younger sister in when they were placed into the system. Samantha enjoys school and says her favorite subject is art and she struggles with English. She likes reading but says writing papers is hard for her. She'd love to be an Art teacher when she grows up.
Samantha has struggled in the past with following the rules, staying in school, and running away from her sister's house. She has been working very hard these past few months and has picked up the love of photography, and has been using a camera from school to capture her favorite moments while also completing school projects and assignments. Samantha is very proud of her work and asked to get some white picture frames to display her artwork on her bedroom wall. Samantha finds joy in using her camera lens to capture the beauty around her and wants to be reminded of life's possibilities every time she wakes up.
