VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyAvril is a happy, loving and talkative girl. She loves to play on her tablet and watch her favorite shoe "Peppa Pig". Avril is currently living in a foster home with her two foster parents who she adores. She loves to take the puppy in the yard for a walk and loves to help take care of him. Avril has not allowed her traumatic experiences to hinder her from being excited, happy, and full of life.
Avril was recently placed in a kinship foster her with her older brother. Avril is flourishing in her new placement. Avril and her sibling are looking forward to Halloween. Avril has been helping decorate the house and she wants to be Harley Quinn for Halloween to match with her brother who is going as the Joker. Avril will also be participating in Halloween activities at her school and church.
