Living in foster care has been hard for him and he has been in and out of crisis several times but he continues to have a good attitude. Jacob is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child! He shares his kind heart with the world by helping other children in the facility.
Jacob has started writing a book about his foster care journey. He describes this project as "multimedia," including pictures and illustrations. Jacob needs new art supplies to help illustrate his story and would like to go shopping at Michael's to pick out the best materials for his project.
