Aaliyah is a very feisty girl. She's very much a girly girl. She loves dresses and glitter and shine and all the glam! She loves to dress up and make believe and put on shows. She loves to sing and dance and make sure everybody around her knows that she loves them. She is a real sweetheart with a little bit of spitfire.

Aaliyah talks about her birthday and having a party every day. She imagines having her friends and siblings from different foster homes together at her favorite place, enjoying games, rides, and pizza. Unfortunately, her foster family has recently taken in a newborn sibling and is struggling with the expenses of daycare and caring for all the children. They may even have to sacrifice a job to cover the high daycare costs. It's heartbreaking to think that Aaliyah's special day may not turn out as she has dreamed. Fulfilling this wish would ensure that she can go to her favorite place, enjoy all the activities, and celebrate with her friends, siblings, and their foster families, while sharing pizza together.
