These activities bring him a sense of happiness and fulfillment amid his struggles.
AD is having trouble sleeping and has been focusing on improving his sleep hygiene through medication and meditation. He is asking for a set of cooling bamboo sheets to help keep his bed cool at night, particularly during heatwaves in California.
