Despite having moved around many times during her short life, she always seems to find her way back to her current foster home.
Celeste is a big fan of Harley Quinn and has decided to dress up as her for Halloween. She found the perfect red and black jester costume, complete with a colorful wig and fun accessories. Celeste is excited to wear it to her school Halloween party. After the party, she'll go trick-or-treating with her friends, enjoying the fun of collecting candy as her favorite character.
