Elijah is a very smart and kind young man that was recently placed in a foster home without his two younger sisters. He loves to read and play video games and wants to one day create his own video game. Elijah has been a bit withdrawn since he was removed from home but he continues to be very respectful and does his chores with now complaints. He misses his two younger sisters but continues to be hopeful to be reunited with his family one day.

Elijah was recently invited to attend Homecoming, and although he was initially uncertain about going, he ultimately decided to make the effort. He has a new suit he received over the summer, but he still needs to find a shirt and tie to complete his look. While Elijah managed to buy a dress shirt on his own, he's having trouble affording a tie and is hoping to find some assistance with purchasing a black tie or bow tie. He’s been trying to save money and didn't want to ask his foster parents for help.
