Piper enjoys playing with her friends in her foster family's neighborhood, where they have a rocket launcher. She has been asking if she could also have one to play with her older and younger biological brothers during her visits with her birth family. Since Piper is very active and loves outdoor activities, having a rocket launcher would provide a fun way for her, her siblings, and her neighborhood friends to enjoy time together.
