She is excited about her future and attending college. Noelle aims to break the barriers often faced by foster children, as they frequently fall through the cracks. She has a plan and is currently mastering it.
Noelle previously ran track at her old school but has now changed schools and needs the appropriate track gear required by her new team. To select the right equipment, she is hoping for a Target gift card. She is uncertain whether she will be part of the varsity or junior varsity (JV) team, as each has different gear requirements. Joining the new track team is important to her, and having the right equipment will help her continue her passion for running. This wish was broken into two parts, to allow for an amazing shopping experience! This is wish 1 of 2.
