Recently, on a trip to Target, her son spotted a toy he wanted, and with a heavy heart, she gently put it back on the shelf, telling him they could maybe get it next time. But then, her sweet boy looked up at her and said, “Don’t worry, Mom. I love you.” That moment melted her heart and reminded her of the unbreakable bond they share, even when times are tough. This Christmas, Leah is excited about the idea of taking her son back to Target so he can pick out some toys he loves. Just imagining the look of joy on his face fills her heart with happiness.
