Jacob is a kind young man who spent much of his life in the foster care system. He is passionate about advocating for former foster youth like himself.

Jacob is a first-year college student, adjusting to independence after foster care and college life. He has decided not to work during his first year to allow himself time to adjust and focus on school. That being said, Jacob does not have money to spend on essential items like clothing. Jacob likes black clothes and shared with our project that he would really like this specific pair of pants from American Eagle. Granting Jacob's holiday wish will help him feel more confident on campus.
