A large toy construction set for King to pretend he's a builder

King, 2 years old

Wish submitted by:

The Buckeye Ranch

When King first came into foster care at 6 months old, he was a happy and typically developing boy. Along the way, King lost his ability to stand and put weight on his legs. He now wears AFOs on both legs and is engaged in physical and occupational therapies. Despite this setback, King's resilience has allowed him to find other ways to explore his environment. King never lets his disability get him down and joins in all the activities as his foster siblings. King loves to sing, be outside and has a great arm for throwing.

King loves spending time with his foster dad, who is always working on projects around the house. King follows closely behind, using anything he finds as a tool to mimic his foster dad. He loves hammering and is a great helper with the flashlight. King will love opening his own tools on Christmas morning.
