Novalee is a cheerful, intelligent, and compassionate child who enjoys bringing joy and laughter to people. She is currently living with her uncle in the foster care system, along with her two sisters. Novalee's favorite princess is Anna from Disney's movie Frozen, and she loves to color in coloring books. She also enjoys making new friends at school, taking pictures, and drawing in her notebook. Her dream is to become an artist and spread happiness through her art.

Novalee has always wanted a cat as a pet, but unfortunately, since she is in the foster care system, she cannot have a living pet. This is why she is asking for a toy cat. Her favorite animal is the cat, especially those that look fancy with white fur. She really wants this toy cat for Christmas so she can have her own pet to take care of and love unconditionally.
