Sadie is one of those people you have to keep an eye on because she has worked so hard to meet her goals, and one day, she will be a big star! Sadie has been going to school for her GED and continues to work as a caretaker at a retirement home. Even through her tough time in care, she has always made a commitment to her job. She has grown so much, and it is a wonderful thing to watch her grow even more confident. Sadie is very outspoken, and not only does she advocate for herself, but she can advocate for those around her as well. She encourages other young people who have had the same experiences as her, aging out of the system. She is interested in becoming a mentor to many young youths.

Sadie recently aged out of state custody and is now living in her own apartment. She is currently sleeping on a donated twin-sized daybed but at 5'10", her feet hang off the edge of the bed, making it difficult for her to get a good night's rest. Sadie can't wait to receive her new queen-sized bed, but is also in need of a bed frame to protect her mattress!
