A bike for Alexander who loves to be outdoors and stay active

Alexander, 11 years old

Hannah's Children's Homes

Alexander is a kind and respectful young boy. He has been in foster care for a few years and has shown significant improvement both in school and at home. During this time, Alexander has become more vocal and is better able to express his feelings. He enjoys taking care of his younger sister, who is also in foster care in the same home. Alexander likes to spend time outdoors, but he also enjoys playing video games in his spare time. Additionally, he is artistic and has a passion for drawing.

This Christmas, Alexander's heart was set on a wish that seemed simple yet meaningful—a bike to call his very own. For as long as he could remember, he had been sharing a single, worn bike with his foster siblings, taking turns as they raced down the street and laughed together. The thought of having a bike just for himself filled him with excitement and joy. With a bike of his own, he could embark on countless adventures, cruising alongside his siblings, exploring the neighborhood, and creating new memories together. Having a bike to ride freely would not only fulfill his wish but also deepen the bond he shared with his foster family, making this Christmas truly special.
