Alina is an amazing young person who is currently in foster care with a younger sibling. Foster care has been tough for Alina and she has been removed from several different homes but she has always tried to maintain her grades in school. Alina's favorite subject is health. She loves to play sports and wants to join a flag football league in the future. Alina is kind and well mannered. She loves to help out around the yard by cutting grass and planting flowers.

Alina was recently discharged from the hospital after being hospitalized for emotional trauma. She worked diligently with her therapist and on her medication management to become stabilized and was able to return to her group home. After being away for four months, Alina had outgrown most of her shoes. She has requested a new pair of shoes to wear when she returns to school. Alina would be extremely happy to receive a new pair of shoes for Christmas.
