She enjoys expressing her love for fashion, spending quality time with friends, and going to the movies. Coming into care with a large sibling group, Zelma is especially happy to remain close to her sisters. The routine and structure of her new life have been instrumental in helping her stay on track.
Zelma hopes to get a new backpack to help her finish out the school year. Her old one has fallen apart, and keeping her homework and books together has been a struggle. A fresh backpack would make such a difference, giving her a reliable spot to organize everything she needs. She imagines how nice it would be to have all her school supplies in one place, making her school days a little smoother and less stressful.
