The Foster Parent Association of Wilkes is a non-profit foster parent association working to strengthen foster families. Our purpose and mission are to promote and preserve quality foster care. Instilling an encouraging and positive attitude concerning foster children in foster homes is our top priority. Our goal is to help sustain foster placements and see foster children stay in forever homes.
