Jayanna, like any girl, loves getting her hair done. Now in her second semester of cosmetology college, she has been juggling her studies, work, and various appointments, which makes it challenging to find time for her own hair. Additionally, she is focused on saving money to move into a new apartment. Receiving a new wig in her favorite color, blue, would be a true blessing, allowing her to enjoy a fresh look and feel her best.
Jayanna is 19 years old and lives in GA
Jayanna has been in foster care since she was 5 years old. Her journey has involved taking care of herself and her brother while moving between several foster homes and foster groups and staying with various family members and friends. Although she and her brother are no longer living together, Jayanna remains optimistic about being reunited with him. She is attending cosmetology and is looking for employment. She is known for being sweet, lovable, respectful, and happy, always ready to help others. Jayanna has a big heart and is very forgiving. She enjoys dancing, making TikToks, cooking, and watching the show Hell's Kitchen. Jayanna is working hard to achieve independence as she navigates independent living. Her dream is to become a traveling hair stylist and work with celebrities such as basketball player Angel Reese, and rappers Cardi B and Latto.
