Maddy was thrilled to try out her new smoker for the first time. For her inaugural meal, she chose to prepare pork, eager to experiment with a variety of recipes and different flavors of wood chips. By exploring these culinary possibilities, she hoped to create delicious meals for her family and expand her cooking repertoire. This new adventure in smoking meat would not only satisfy her culinary curiosity but also bring her family together around the dinner table.
