Winter coat for Makeya who lost items while moving

Makeya has faced various challenges in foster care. She abruptly had to change homes, resulting in the loss of many of her belongings. Among the items she was missing was a heavy-duty winter coat. Without one for some time, she was aware that not only would a new coat match her style, but it would also keep her warm throughout the winter and for many winters to come.
Makeya is 18 years old and lives in NE
Makeya entered foster care following the sudden death of her parents. Despite facing the challenges and uncertainties of foster care, she has remained hopeful, positive, and determined to make the best of her life. In her free time, Makeya enjoys reading and engaging in physical activities. Although she is unsure about her career path after school, she has expressed a desire to become a counselor to help other kids who have experienced similar situations.
