Heavenly is a sweet little girl with Down Syndrome. Heavenly has many health issues, but she sure doesn’t let that dull her bright spirit! Heavenly has faced neglect prior to coming into care and her medical needs weren't properly being cared for by her parents. She has brought so much sunshine to her foster family, and even though she misses her siblings who are placed elsewhere, she is adjusting very well! Everywhere she goes, Heavenly gives a wave, blows kisses, and spreads happiness!

Heavenly values her independence, especially during mealtime. However, due to fine motor delays and low muscle tone, she often faces challenges while eating. To support her desire for self-feeding, special silverware with silicone handles will provide her with a better grip, making mealtimes easier and more enjoyable.
