Warm clothes for Luna who is adjusting to the climate in her new placement

Public CounselLuna is a determined young mom, raising her lively one-year-old son while living in foster care. She’s focused on getting back on track with her education, as her dream is to graduate high school and then go to cosmetology school. Luna already loves doing hair and makeup for everyone around her. Despite her age, she carries herself with maturity and her positivity and strength really stand out!
Luna had to leave most of her personal belongings behind when she was placed in foster care, which made the transition even more difficult. The climate where her new foster home is located is significantly different from what she’s accustomed to, meaning even the clothes she was able to bring, are not warm enough for her new home. To add to her challenges, Luna won’t be eligible for another clothing stipend until late summer, leaving her in a tough spot as she tries to adapt to her new environment. This wish will allow her the chance to get new clothes that will keep her warm. (Wish 2 of 2 to provide Luna with a larger shopping spree)
