Jocelyn and her two siblings were all placed in their cousin's home. Jocelyn has slowly been meeting her milestones, but she continues to make progress each month.
Jocelyn is in need of a few new outfits to stay comfortable during the unusually warm winter in Arizona, where spring seems to be arriving earlier this year. To accommodate her days at daycare, she would enjoy having some light, breathable clothing. Additionally, she would love some lovely dresses for Sunday school. Fortunately, Target has a fantastic selection that will make it easy for her caregivers to find exactly what she needs.
