WA DCYF - Aberdeen CountyMelinda is a sweet young girl with a big heart who loves playing with her baby dolls. She enjoys dressing them up, feeding them, and taking them along wherever she goes. When the weather is nice, Melinda delights in spending time outdoors, playing with her siblings, and soaking up the sunshine. A huge Disney fan, she loves performing her favorite Disney songs, bringing joy to those around her. Melinda has recently been adopted.
Melinda didn't have many opportunities to engage in extracurricular activities before moving to her current foster home. Now, she has developed a strong desire to join the choir, but she lacks the confidence to take that step. To build her self-assurance, Melinda is asking for a karaoke machine. She hopes that by practicing at home, she will gain the confidence she needs to finally participate in the choir.
